Reports are plentiful in the School Bus Management System. This is one area that is always open for suggestion. Any report needed for data kept by the system will be considered.
State Reports required for any state will be considered. It is for this reason that we are giving special consideration to first clients in any state. It is expected that such first clients will assist us in identifying required reports and implementing them.
All reports are to the printer. Most all reports present more data than is useful on the screen. Quite a number of reports are presented in both condensed and regular size print. The condensed print report will contain more data and be considered the more detailed report.
At times, clients need specialized reports, which, for all practical purposes, are for their use only. In such cases, we may elect not to put such reports directly into the SBMS but will generate a free standing report program. At sometime in the future, we want to add a programable report generator into the reports section of the system so clients will always be able to generate any additional reports using functions provided within the system.
